When the words slip from your mouth like shooting stars in the night. When your heart beats as wild as the fires you’ve thrown. Then you’ll know.

Every step I take, every hair on my head, you know.

You know.

Your ways are higher than mine. Even so I question and ponder every time. How you could chose someone like me. To spread your love.

Then I see you wondrous works, I see stars you’ve set above. I see your love in my child’s eyes, and I know. I know.

Your ways are higher, than mine. You have great plans for me. You right the wrongs, and set my course. I know, I know. You are with me.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.”

I mean that’s all well and good. Yes women are brave, and honestly a lot of times whether you are man or woman you are often on your own in this big ole universe and you have to stand and fight for yourself.

But to the girls and young women out there who still dream of a prince coming to their rescue. There’s nothing wrong with that dream either. You can be brave and still fall into someone’s arms. It’s not an if this statement. It’s brave to be strong and stand alone. But oh it’s also so brave to let yourself fall and know that you weren’t meant to go through life all alone.

“Let us rejoice and exult and give him the glory, for the marriage of the Lamb has come, and his Bride has made herself ready;”

You aren’t alone.

“But now this is what the LORD says — he who created you, Jacob, he who formed you, Israel: “Do not fear, for I have redeemed you; I have summoned you by name; you are mine.” Isaiah 43:1

Sometimes you can be so broken you don’t know if you are worth saving. I’m here to remind you that not only are you more than worth it, you have a great purpose in life that ONLY YOU can fulfill. No one else on this entire earth can or ever will be able to do what you have been called to do. You are the righteousness of God in Christ, He died to save you.

Hello all! I’ve been a closet writer for many years now, (comical imagery for you), and I have felt impressed to share the encouraging words I have been given.
